Hi, my name is Jo, and I am a Certified Health Coach who specializes in Emotional Eating.

 

My eating behavior used to be out of control. I was always angry, lost sight of what I wanted in life, I gave up and withdrew. I used to think there was no hope for me. Back in 2017, I felt like I had hit rock bottom, and it was an eye opener.

 

It helped me realize that I didn’t want to be this way. I was still too young to give up on life. I wanted to experience more, do more, have more energy. However, in order to change, I wanted to do it in a way that required it to feel natural and easy. I didn’t want to have to muster up willpower for the rest of my life to make change stick. I wanted a true transformation from the inside out.

I know what it’s like to feel as if you’re climbing Mt. Everest without the proper climbing gear. That is why I speak to women who feel lost and hopeless as well.

 

My goal is to help inspire them to rewrite their story from within, so that they can finally attain their goals too, and live the life they deserve.

 

I look forward to connecting and being a part of your next event so that together we can promote a renewed mindset around health and wellness and inspire others to step into new possibilities.
