Hi, my name is Jo, and I am a Certified Health Coach who specializes in Emotional Eating.

 

 

There was a time when my eating felt completely out of control. I was angry, disconnected, and had lost sight of what I wanted from my life. By 2017, I hit what felt like rock bottom, and it became an awakening.

 

I realized I didn’t want to keep living that way. I wanted more energy, more clarity, more life.

 

But I also knew I didn’t want change that depended on willpower alone. If it was going to last, it had to feel natural, easy, and permanent for life.

That shift —> from force to understanding —> changed everything.

Now I speak to women who feel lost, stuck, and exhausted from fighting themselves. My work isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about understanding the story driving the behavior, and guiding women through a true Story Rewrite.

Because when the story shifts, everything else follows.
