You don’t lack discipline. You’re not broken.
You’re living inside a story that once protected you.
Emotional Eating is often an inherited script.
Rehearsed under stress, repeated under pressure.

Most women try to control the behavior. Very few investigate what’s driving it.
But stories can be rewritten.

Hi, I’m Jo.

I help women uncover the emotional stories beneath their eating, so they stop repeating them and start rewriting them.

Emotional eating isn’t a willpower problem.
It’s a patterned response.

When you understand the pattern, you regain control and begin leading your thoughts and emotions instead of being led by them.
You say you want to stop.
But when the emotion rises, an old story activates. You reach. Not because you’re hungry, but because something in you wants relief.
And afterward, you feel frustrated with yourself. You promise you’ll do better next time, and yet the cycle continues.

You’re not confused about what to eat. You’re confused about why you keep doing it. You’re disciplined in other areas of your life, capable and responsible. But here, you feel out of control.

This isn’t really about food. It’s about a story that activates before you even realize it has.

Change the Story. The Rest Follows.
The Story Behind
the Behavior

Most women try to change their behavior. But behavior is the final sentence in a much longer paragraph.

Before the food, there is a feeling.
Before the feeling, there is a thought.
And beneath the thought, there is a story.

When you change the story, the behavior follows.

In Their Words
What happens when the story begins to shift:
Working with Jo helped me gain a better outlook and improved mindset. I can't believe how much my attitude and mindset has changed from negative to positive. I feel happier and more relaxed after our sessions and always look forward to the next one. I'm excited about trying new healthy recipes. I've grown so much which has had a positive impact on my family, as well.
Annette
I tried all sorts of diets and was still experiencing uncontrollable eating. I felt guilt, shame and even depression because of eating unhealthy foods and binge snacking at night. I tried starting a fresh diet routine every Monday, keeping my hands busy with art activities after 8:00pm, and staying away from the kitchen by entering the bedroom at night. Nothing worked.
I finally hired Jo and learned that my success at eating healthy came from taking care of myself first, finding ways to relax throughout my busy day, and being prepared in advance. I now honor myself by prepping ahead which leads to my success. I have released my judgement about foods and some weight. I now know all foods are good and I make choices that are either good, better, or best for me. My health is worth the investment.
